Litigation

KORO has successfully litigated construction disputes involving a wide variety of real estate disputes including purchase and sale contracts, issues that commonly arise during the development/construction process, construction lien rights, design, engineering and construction defects, foreclosures and work-outs, real estate financing, brokerage commission disputes, board licensing, tax assessments and appeals and partnership and joint venture agreements.
